Hi, I'm Ben Hessel, a personal trainer based in the Maryland/DC area. I specialize in working with two groups: busy professionals in their 40s and 50s who want to lose weight, build strength, and finally feel good in their bodies—and retirees and seniors focused on staying strong, mobile, and independent for the long haul.
